Frequently Asked Questions
1.) When do I get paid?
During the sales program you will receive an advance (first year reps $75, experienced reps $100) on every new account you sign up. Your retroactive payscale % will be determined by the number of active accounts you have as of December 31st. If your commissions earned exceed the advances you have received we will issue a check for the amount owing. You will then begin receiving a commission check every two weeks as customers pay for the remaining contracted services.
2.) How long do I have to work my way up the pay scale?
The entire calendar year. Sales Reps may begin selling in the pre-season and may extend after the summer to reach their desired number of accounts and be paid retroactively on the accounts sold for the entire calendar year.
3.) How do I get days off?
There are no days off during the summer if you want to qualify for the rent bonus with exception of emergencies and pre-arranged time off (such as a family reunion, wedding, etc.). Any approved days off must be given in writing before your first selling day. No days will be allowed off once your start date has begun except in the case of illness or extreme emergencies that must be approved by your Regional Manager. Furthermore, your end date may not be changed once the summer has begun and your official end date cannot be sooner than 3 days before school begins or August 31st, whichever comes first.
